[WSBARP] Does Death Finally End Timeshare Payments

As a bankruptcy attorney I often referred to death as the ultimate 
discharge!  No 523, no 727.

Wouldn't the  ability of the timeshare to recover depend on their filing 
a claim in the probate?  Assuming they did I don't see a basis for 
denying the claim.
