<p>As a bankruptcy attorney I often referred to death as the
ultimate discharge! No 523, no 727.<br>
</p>
<p>Wouldn't the ability of the timeshare to recover depend on their
filing a claim in the probate? Assuming they did I don't see a
basis for denying the claim.<br>

is to get out of a timeshare. Now, client died. Month’s
after death, timeshare sends bill and late notices for post
death maintenance fees. The timeshare organization has been
notified of owner’s death. No heirs will take the timeshare.
Will death finally end the maintenance fee obligation or can
the timeshare organization collect post death fees against
estate assets?<o:p></o:p></p>
