We all know how hard, if not impossible, it is to get out of a timeshare.
Now, client died. Month's after death, timeshare sends bill and late
notices for post death maintenance fees. The timeshare organization has
been notified of owner's death. No heirs will take the timeshare. Will
death finally end the maintenance fee obligation or can the timeshare
organization collect post death fees against estate assets?
