[WSBARP] Porter v. Kirkendoll

Attached is the Porter v. Kirkendoll decision.  Also attached for your
reading enjoyment is Chen v. Thomas, an unreported Division II decision in
which former Justice CC Bridgewater reaches a contrary conclusion regarding
harmonizing the waste and timber trespass statutes.  Maybe a visit with our
local Representatives would be helpful in getting a legislative fix!
