[WSBAPT] Claim Againt Financial Institution

Honestly, it's a toss-up. The first thing we must examine is the contract
(to see if there are any specific processes for beneficiary changes in the
fine print). My guess is there is and sending a Will would be
insufficient. I'd spend some time explaining the issues and my thoughts to
them. I'd have too set the call for next week though.
