Pullman PD down a set of handcuff keys following “kinky sex” call on College Hill
The Pullman Police Department is down a set of handcuff keys after responding to a public assistance call involving “kinky sex” on College Hill.  A college aged male called officers around 3:30 Wednesday morning asking for some help.  He told police that he and his girlfriend were engaged in some “kinky” sexual activity which had her in handcuffs.  The problem was he lost the keys.  An officer responded and the college aged female covered up with a blanket quickly stated that the activity was consensual.  So the officer gave the man a set of keys which worked for what turned out to be a real seat of police handcuffs.
