A college aged male called officers around 3:30 Wednesday morning asking for some help. He told police that he and his girlfriend were engaged in some “kinky” sexual activity which had her in handcuffs. The problem was he lost the keys. An officer responded and the college aged female covered up with a blanket quickly stated that the activity was consensual.
