[Vision2020] Fwd: Breaking news from lmtribune.com

Didn't they even put laws in place to make sure that you couldn't be 
sued if you did help but made things worse?  Which is a legitimate 
concern if such laws were put in place.  Amateur help is not always 
better than no help at all.
