[Vision2020] Fwd: Breaking news from lmtribune.com

We covered this pretty extensively in Torts last semester. There is no duty
to help someone else unless you have a special relationship with that person
(guardian, for example). CPR certification does not create a duty that I am
aware of. If it did, that would only discourage people from getting CPR
certification.

There is a theory which states that if ever anybody discovers exactly what
the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be
replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable. There is another
theory which states that this has already happened.
