[Vision2020] Deary Teens Sentenced

And now what sentence should we expect for pregnant wife murderer/body burner Silas Parks?

Will Judge Brudie retain jurisdiction and send him to Cottonwood for just six months? The plea bargain does not exclude this possibility or any other -- just that the whatever sentences are given for the two voluntary manslaughter charges, they will run concurrently.

Prior to sentencing will the prosecution ask for forensic tests to be performed to determine if Sarah Parks was asleep when her husband strangled/suffocated her? [There is still a sample of Sarah Parks post mortem blood available for testing according to the autopsy report.]

If nothing else, having these activity level tests performed will offer a check on whatever story Silas Parks chooses to tell as part of his plea bargain. If you read the court documents, it is clear that Silas Parks is a big time liar and cheat. Why should anyone accept whatever he has to say without a great deal of skepticism and without considering easily obtainable tests results to check at least part of his story?

With all due respect, Sunil. This punishment sets a terrible example to the next teen who takes it upon themselves to turn Highway 8 into their own personal video game.

The judge showed disrespect to the citizens of Latah County, and no regard for our safety with this sentence. For shame.

Clearly the two of you know all there is to know about the boys and the case, more than the judge who dealt with them.
