[Vision2020] Deary Teens Sentenced

With all due respect, Sunil. This punishment sets a terrible example to the
next teen who takes it upon themselves to turn Highway 8 into their own
personal video game.

The judge showed disrespect to the citizens of Latah County, and no regard
for our safety with this sentence. For shame.
