part of his plea bargain. If you read the court documents, it is clear
that Silas Parks is a big time liar and cheat. Why should anyone accept
whatever he has to say without a great deal of skepticism and without
considering easily obtainable tests results to check at least part of his
story?</FONT></DIV>
