[Vision2020] Weitz is a 'civic terrorist'

Mr. Arnold,
You are correct about city's.  I wrote in haste, and did not recheck. My 
bad.  I also misspelled "importance."  I do notice many errors in your 
writing, as well.  None of us is perfect.  However, I disagree with your 
statement.  The cause of  MSD in making the decision to cut back on 
expenses is directly related to Dr. Weitz.  The effect is, we don't get 
to go to East City Park.  To help curve a financial emergency you cut 
back on spending.  Happens at my place all the time.
