You are correct about city's. I wrote in haste, and did not recheck.
My bad. I also misspelled "importance." I do notice many errors in
your
writing, as well. None of us is perfect. However, I disagree with
your statement. The cause of MSD in making the decision to cut back
on expenses is directly related to Dr. Weitz. The effect is, we don't
get to go to East City Park. To help curve a financial emergency you
cut back on spending. Happens at my place all the time.<br>

Of course Mr. Schwaller's point, as stated, makes sense -- no decision

contempt for those who would pile on and snort gleefully when it's
faced with what can only be described as a crisis whose "collateral
damage" is real, live children and the fine women and men who work with
them.<br>

I love Moscow's public schools, and I'm proud as hell of the people who
work in them.<br>
