[Vision2020] Council Must Reject Rezone

I agree with you entirely on the zoning/diversification issues. 
That's why I have argued for decades that the City is shooting itself 
in the foot every time it rezones Light Industrial ground to some 
commercial zone and why we have asked for the Comp Plan map for the 
Thompson land to be designated in part as Light Industrial.

By the way, there is a hearing in front of p&z 5/24 to rezone another 
8.5 acres from Light Industrial to Motor Business. This time it's the 
area around the Renaissance Mall between 3rd, A, Line and Lieuallen.
