Re: [Vision2020] Emergency ordinance informationOh, come on Mark! How many papers can you find that were written completely sure that the Missoula Floods never occurred? What about all those fantastic scientists that were sure Mars was molten rock? Well the Missoula Floods did happen and Mars is solid cooked rock...they were all wrong!!
I'd just like you to admit that MAYBE the water isn't in that much trouble.

It is impossible for you to have any idea what isn't known if you don't even
know what you don't know! I could be volumes it could be little but you are
trying to force you beliefs on ALL of us when you REALLY don't know!

An important piece I forgot to include in my previous post:

Chris is right that the hydrogeology of the sub-basin is not
completely understood yet. Mostly, yes. Completely, no. To
incorporate evolving knowledge as further research illuminates us,
the draft calls for a five year review cycle to make sure the
ordinance is as accurate as it can be. If it proves too protective,
it will be adjusted accordingly. Likewise if it is too optimistic.
