my previous post:<BR><BR>Chris is right that the hydrogeology of the
sub-basin is not<BR>completely understood yet. Mostly, yes. Completely, no.
To<BR>incorporate evolving knowledge as further research illuminates
us,<BR>the draft calls for a five year review cycle to make sure
the<BR>ordinance is as accurate as it can be. If it proves too
protective,<BR>it will be adjusted accordingly. Likewise if it is too
