Greetings, Parents!

The Parent Support Team is looking for five to seven parents to help
input student data for the 2007-08 directory. Excel spreadsheet
experience is a definite plus. There will be a work party on Tuesday,
September 25th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Dinner will be provided. Please
contact Peggy Jenkins at jenkinsresearch at yahoo.com if you would like to
volunteer. (If your student has not yet turned in the directory
information form and would still like to be included in the directory,
it is not too late to get the form in to the office.)

MJHS participates in the BOXTOPS FOR EDUCATION program fundraiser, and
will be asking students to bring in box tops in several weeks so that we
can send them in for cash in mid-October. Now is the time to start
collecting! Ask friends and neighbors for their box tops too. For more
information on participating products, visit www.boxtops4education.com.

The minutes from our first parent support group meeting appear below.
Our next meeting will be Tuesday October 2d from 7:15 to 8:15 a.m. in
room 216. Hope to see you there!
