Good morning everyone,

I hope everyone has had a great Summer break and that you all are getting
back into your Fall routines nicely.  As part of that routine, we hope you
will all join us *Today at 12 Noon Eastern* for a meeting of the Insurance
& Surety Committee.  We have a great CLE presentation lined up for you
all.  Hale Stewart, JD, LLM, will be presenting on Captive Insurance
programs. Mr. Stewart has written extensively on this and other insurance
topics for IRMI, and he is a frequent lecturer on this topic.  In addition,
he is also the Co-Author of U.S. Captive Insurance Law.  So, this CLE
presentation is sure to be a very informative one on a not often discussed
but potentially crucial aspect of a company's insurance and risk management
program.  So, we highly encourage you all to join us today at Noon!
