Our speaker for Monday's CLE will be Mark A. Boyle, Esq., whose presentation is entitled "Rip & Tear and Insurance Law for Defective Construction Claims in Florida."  Mr. Boyle is the Managing Partner of Boyle, Leonard & Anderson, P.A. and is based out of Fort Myers, FL.  Mr. Boyle and his firm are widely regarded as experts in construction insurance claims, but his practice is concentrated in all aspects and types of insurance recovery including coverage denials, claim presentation, bad faith matters, and appeals. The focus of Mr. Boyle's practice is the representation of business policyholders in large construction insurance disputes and catastrophic losses.  He has spoken and written on numerous insurance coverage issues for construction.
