[Liability Insurance] Special Meeting of the Insurance & Surety Committee for the RPPTL Section of The Florida Bar

Folks,

On behalf of the Insurance & Surety Committee, I wanted to inform you all that we are calling a special meeting of the Committee tomorrow afternoon at 3:00 PM (Eastern).  We will be using the regular call-in line and passcode, which are provided below.  The purpose will be to review certain Bills currently before the Florida Legislature pertaining to insurance that our Legislative Subcommittee has reviewed and voted to recommend to the Section that it take certain action on them.  Tomorrow morning, I will forward an Agenda, but attached are the Bills and corresponding committee papers that we will cover (e.g., HB 301, SB 714, and HB 751).  Any Committee member interested is welcome and encouraged to call in.  For your reference of the Motions that will be before the Committee tomorrow, attached are the Subcommittee's Meeting Minutes from the 2 legislative review meetings that were held last week.  Please review the Motions discussed in each of the Minutes, as those will be the basis for the Motions made on tomorrow's call.  Please let me know if you have any questions, and I look forward to speaking with all those interested tomorrow on the call.
