Following is information about the CLE presentation, which will be presented by Courtney Horrigan, Esq.:

Title: Top Ten Things to Know About Representations and Warranties Insurance

Courtney Horrigan, Esq., is a partner with the firm Reed Smith out of their Pittsburgh office.  Ms. Horrigan's presentation will cover the Top Ten Things to Know About Representations and Warranties Insurance, including such topics as the components of coverage, benefits to buyers and sellers, and key definitions and clauses in the policies.  Ms. Horrigan's practice concentrates on insurance coverage counselling, negotiation, and litigation on behalf of policyholders. She has represented policyholders in directors and officers liability, professional liability and errors and omissions, employment practices liability, fidelity and surety bond, fiduciary liability, cyber liability, first person property and product liability insurance coverage trials, arbitrations and mediation proceedings throughout the country.  In addition, she speaks and writes on multiple and varied insurance coverage issues, as well as designed the Reed Smith University continuing legal education courses on insurance coverage topics
