[Liability Insurance] Insurance and Surety Committee Meeting Scheduled for Today at Noon

I hope everyone had a great weekend.  Please see below and attached for our monthly call scheduled for today at Noon.


1.       Reattached is the Agenda Cary previously sent out for today’s call.  Our speaker is Christopher Belvedere, an Assistant Vice President at Chubb & Son Insurance Company, and the territory manager for Chubb’s Specialty Insurance Business Unit in Tampa, Florida.  He will be providing an important and timely presentation on cyber risks and breaches as well as a discussion of insurance coverage to mitigate these cyber threats.  Of particular interest and importance to the Committee, will be Chris' discussion of the possible gaps and pitfalls within several common commercial liability policies as pertaining to covering such cyber threats.
