The presentation is titled: Managing Cyber Risks - Threats & Insurance Implications. Chris is an Assistant Vice President with Chubb & Son, and the territory manager for Chubb's specialty insurance business unit in Tampa.  He is responsible for the professional liability agency relationships in Florida and the P&L for all management and professional liability business in the territory which includes Florida, Alabama and Mississippi. Chris is also a Chubb subject matter expert on the threat of cyber liability to public, private and not-for-profit companies.  He began his career with Chubb in 2006 in the New York City office with responsibility for underwriting complex management liability business for publicly traded companies and large (over $1 billion in sales) private and not for profits companies."

Chris is extremely knowledgeable and well respected in this area.  This topic will be very relevant to litigators and transactional lawyers alike since we and our clients are all at risk for cyber attacks.  The key is whether these risks are properly insured.
