[RPPTL-constructionlaw] Legislative Issue for tomorrow's meeting

[RPPTL constructionlaw]

Folks -

Following the Florida Bar Journal Article discussing some items that need to be addressed I the CCNA, particularly relating to P3 projects, Brett, Jason and I assembled a task force to jump on it, including the authors of the piece and others who do a lot of P3 work, and they've developed a white paper and proposed legislation to address these issues. This would be for the 2027 legislature, but to keep things on track, we need to get this before our committee for a vote, and as an informational item for the RPPTL Executive Council meeting later this month.

Please review these items. Because we have a short meeting on Monday, I'm going to call this issue up first, ahead of the other subcommittee reports. Please review the attached before the meeting.
