on it, including the authors of the piece and others who do a lot of P3 work, and they’ve developed a white paper and proposed legislation to address these issues. This would be for the 2027 legislature, but to keep things on track, we need to get this before
our committee for a vote, and as an informational item for the RPPTL Executive Council meeting later this month.
