This is your reminder that our next monthly CLC conference call and CLE will be Monday, December 14, 2020, starting at 11:30 A.M.  Our speaker for Monday’s CLE will be Kim Ashby, Esq., whose presentation is entitled “Florida Appeals in Construction Cases:  2020 and Beyond.”

Attached are the following: (1) the agenda for Monday’s meeting; (2) meeting minutes from our November 9, 2020 meeting; (3) our presenter’s PowerPoint presentation; and (4) the Presenter’s written materials for the CLE.

CLE NOTE:  We will circulate the CLE certificate separately for today’s CLE.  For CLE course numbers for past meetings, please have your assistants check the CLC website for course numbers.
