The CLC’s Legislative Subcommittee met today to discuss a proposed legislative bill on construction lien and bond rights that has been prepared by a group of CLC members and spearheaded by Barry Kalmanson.

Attached please find the meeting minutes from the subcommittee meeting and a copy of the proposed legislation.

We will be holding a CLC conference call on Monday April 26, 2019 at 12pm to take action on the motion presented by the CLC’s Legislative Subcommittee.
