[RPPTL-constructionlaw] Construction Law Committee's March 11th CLE Presentation - How to Draft an Arbitration Agreement to get a Result that you will Like

Dear Fellow Members of the Construction Law Committee: Good Sunday afternoon (or is it morning) to you each of you.  Summer solstice always messes me up when I can't be at Stonehenge for a good Druid ritual.  

Anywho... I am really excited about tomorrow's (Monday's) Construction Law Committee's CLE presentation.

The topic, "How to Draft an Arbitration Agreement to Get a Result that You will Like," is spot-on and one of the presenters is, none other than, my very best friend in the whole world and our very own Dean of Florida Construction Law, Larry Leiby. (Yes - I am blatantly shrouding myself in Larry's celebrity by claiming to be his best friend.) Also, no slouch herself, Christi Underwood will be presenting with LRL (that's what Larry's best friends call him).  

Both Christi and LRL are Fellows (gender neutral) in the College of Commercial Arbitrators.  The materials for tomorrow's presentation are attached.  

I will email each you the Agenda for tomorrow's meeting in the morning as I'm still a little hung-over from the CLI /Cert. Review Course in Orlando. It was an all-night party at Wolfgang Puck's place after Lee Weintraub won the much coveted Cornerstone Award for his riveting performance in Argo (F@*K Yourself). No, that was Ben Affleck. Lee (much deservedly) won the award for his tireless dedication and work on all of our behalves.
  
If you weren't in Orlando (or didn't catch the simulcast on E News), Oh!! the construction law celebrities were out in force to celebrate with Lee. There was Fab 5 Freddy (Dudley), Cary "Do" Wright (Canadian Mountie), LRL, Stevie Lesser is More, Georgie Meyered in Bureaucracy, Debbie (the Bolshevik) Mastin - (her moniker from her days as a female "Russian" professional wrestler), D.J. Sanjay (or Brown Sugar to his really close friends), Party Hardy, Lil' Kim (Ashby), yours truly.. the list goes on (it really doesn't - that's it).  

There will be much more to report from the red carpet at tomorrow's CLC teleconference.  Remember the rule (Rob Doan & Richard Chaves)- what happens at CLI, stays at CLI. Arnie.
