[WSBARP] Trust Assignment of REK for Property in Oregon

Dear Oregon Practitioners:
A trust established in Washington has a Seller's interest in a Real Estate Contract for property located in Malheur County, Oregon.  The Trustees of the Trust want to assign that contract to the Beneficiaries of the Trust.
I drafted a Seller's Assignment of Contract for use by the Trustees but recognize that, to be effective, it needs to comply with Oregon laws as well.
