[WSBARP] off topic question - compassionate care claim

Could anyone recommend an attorney who deals with research studies and protocols?  I have a client trying to get access to information from a medical study that he no longer qualifies for because he is too sick to participate.  But the information could be helpful for his care management for the remainder of his life, which will be short.
