Fran. I have been in practice for fifty plus years. My paralegal has about forty years in; about fifteen of those years have been with me. I am sure we could help.

But my only real 'office' is in Sultan. That seems like a long way for most king county folks.  If your client and you could meet us in one of your offices, i could at least meet and confer.

The daughter and heir are the same person????

Agreed, but, if the condo really is vested in the Revocable Living Trust, have the Trustee get it sold, a probate may not even be necessary or helpful.

The condo has to be sold.  It was always going to have to be sold because the owner took out a reverse mortgage. Open a probate, get a PR appointed, list and sell the condo.

Hello Listmates,

An elderly client passed this morning.  She had a condo in a Revocable Living Trust and in a reverse mortgage. She was moved to an Adult Family home for the last 4 months of her life. The family did not disclose to the mortgage Co. They found out about this, and there are now concerns that they will move for default on the condo. The family needs representation to deal with this. Pls contact me off list for more info and to be put in touch with the Successor Trustee (daughter), and heir.
