Listmates, Client applied for and was granted a conditional use permit on industrial property that contains wetlands. Prior to recording of the wetlands delineation it is discovered that the wetlands biologist was incorrect and the wetlands are much smaller than previously thought. City refuses to reconsider and is demanding that the incorrect wetlands delineation be recorded. Appeal periods have run long ago. Any suggestions? Anyone out there that handles this type of case? Thanks
