Dear All:
I am confident that at least one of you real estate practitioners is licensed in Oregon (I am not). I have Washington Clients who are beneficiaries of a trust that is a holder of a Promissory Note secured by a Deed of Trust on property located in Oregon. The Clients want to assign the trust's interests in the Note and Deed of Trust into their individual names as beneficiaries.
I've already drafted an Assignment. I just need somebody from Oregon to review it, indicate any changes that need to be made, and then provide some sort of affirmation that it complies with Oregon law.
Thanks.
