<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#002060">I am confident that at least one of you real estate practitioners is licensed in Oregon (I am not). I have Washington Clients who are beneficiaries of a trust that is a holder of a Promissory Note secured by
a Deed of Trust on property located in Oregon. The Clients want to assign the trust’s interests in the Note and Deed of Trust into their individual names as beneficiaries.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#002060">I've already drafted an Assignment. I just need somebody from Oregon to review it, indicate any changes that need to be made, and then provide some sort of affirmation that it complies with Oregon law.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
