[WSBARP] Deceased Tenant

Hi Mark, I've had to file a lawsuit recently to collect prepaid rent withheld by a landlord from the estate of a deceased tenant who had not even moved into the unit prior to their death. I know you don't have this scenario but I might be able to help if you have questions on landlord-tenant end of things.

There is a specific statute on this.  See the process in RCW 59.18.595.
