Hi Mark, I've had to file a lawsuit recently to collect prepaid rent withheld by a landlord from the estate of a deceased tenant
<b>who had not even moved into the unit</b> prior to their death. I know you don't have this scenario but I might be able to help if you have questions on landlord-tenant end of things. </div>
