[WSBARP] title insurance conveyance question

The way I do these is to have 3 exhibits, one with the before legal, one with the portion being transferred, and one with the after legal, plus I usually attach a diagram exhibit showing what is happening. I don’t reference the BLA file #, but I do have a spot for the approving official to sign.

 

I can PM you my form deed if you would like.

Client received 3 legal descriptions for the new lots being created by the boundary line adjustment: 

  conveyance legal description

  new parcel A description

  new parcel B description

How do I use the conveyance legal description?

In preparing the new deeds do I reference the BLA number such as "in accordance with BLA No 123"?
