If you want to use a belt and suspenders approach the legal description would be as follows “parcel A of that boundary line adjustment recorded under blank county auditors recording number blank and more specifically identified and then go in and put it in the metes  and bounds description

Client received 3 legal descriptions for the new lots being created by the boundary line adjustment:
  conveyance legal description
  new parcel A description
  new parcel B description
How do I use the conveyance legal description?
In preparing the new deeds do I reference the BLA number such as "in accordance with BLA No 123"?
