[WSBARP] title insurance conveyance question

Client received 3 legal descriptions for the new lots being created by the
boundary line adjustment:
  conveyance legal description
  new parcel A description
  new parcel B description
How do I use the conveyance legal description?
In preparing the new deeds do I reference the BLA number such as "in
accordance with BLA No 123"?
