[WSBARP] Corporation Sole

In 2003, "John" chartered a Corporation Sole under Chapter 24.12 RCW.
In 2004, the Corporation Sole took title to a 75 foot power vessel ("the Boat"), as reflected in the US Coast Guard Abstract of Title. To the best of our knowledge, John paid for the Boat personally.
In 2017, the Corporation Sole was administratively dissolved by the Secretary of State.
In 2022, John died and an intestate probate action was initiated. The Articles of Incorporation for the Corporation Sole do not have any provisions for the disposition of property owned by the Corporation Sole upon the death of its overseer.

Questions:
Is the Boat a part of John's Estate?
Does the Personal Representative of John's Estate have the power to sell or otherwise dispose of the Boat?
If the answers to these questions are both "No," what steps need to be taken to sell the Boat?

In advance, thank you for any insights into this.
