I would appreciate if any of you who are on the list serve that practice in Skagit county could let me know whether or not motions for default and for summary judgment are heard in person or are they done by zoom or is it optional by the parties as to how it is heard. I did a non judicial foreclosure and the beneficiary of the sale was the only bidder but now the tenant will not get out which is an LLC which is owned in part by the same party that owned an interest in the LLC which was the borrower that was foreclosed upon. Also any information as to how to note these motions up would be appreciated thank you
