<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#002060">In 2004, the Corporation Sole took title to a 75 foot power vessel ("the Boat"), as reflected in the US Coast Guard Abstract of Title. To the best of our knowledge,
John paid for the Boat personally.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#002060">In 2017, the Corporation Sole was administratively dissolved by the Secretary of State. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:#002060">In 2022, John died and an intestate probate action was initiated. The Articles of Incorporation for the Corporation Sole do not have any provisions for the disposition
of property owned by the Corporation Sole upon the death of its overseer.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
