[WSBARP] King County Recording Rejection

Hi all,

Trying to e-record an amended condominium declaration, and King County is
rejecting it with the following explanation.  "MUST BE SIGNED OFF BY THE
ASSESSORS OFFICE AND CANNOT BE SUBMITTED THROUGH ERECORDING."

I've not encountered this before.  Can anyone advise on how to accomplish
this, assuming it is indeed necessary?
