[WSBARP] Deed of Trust Foreclosure - How many days Notice to Vacate must be given to former owner?

Listmates:

 

Clients regained real property, which they had seller financed, at a DOT
foreclosure sale.  Their former buyer refuses to leave.  In reading RCW
61.24.060 and RCW 59.12, I do not see (I am probably blind) the number of
days I must provide in the notice to vacate before starting the UDA.  Your
sage advice.
