[WSBARP] Transferring HOA to a property management company by board vote?

To clarify, do you mean transfer ownership to a property management
company? HOAs are non-profit corporations. Property management companies
are not. Also, there would be ownership of real property and there is
likely a bar on transfer of real property under the CC&Rs. There are many
questions...
