[WSBARP] Transferring HOA to a property management company by board vote?

Listmates,

A small condo complex has the HOA board president proposing that the HOA be
transferred over to a property management company. Before I did some
digging here, I wanted to ask if anyone has ever heard of this, and whether
this is even legal.

All advice and pointers are appreciated.
