[WSBARP] Transferring HOA to a property management company by board vote?

The notice for the annual and special members meeting specifically says, "
Item [X] Transferring HOS over to {redacted} Property Management". Yes,
this company is a for-profit corporation. I *think* some board members want
to delegate their HOA duties and responsibilities to a property management
company because they do not want to deal with it. I have so many questions
myself.
