[WSBARP] Refferal to Atty for Damage to vehicle caused by towing

PC has a video of the tow truck negligently towing the vehicle. He is also out thousands in income. Insurance has accepted liability but nick picking and causing more delay. An attorney's letter to the insurer may be all that is needed. The client will pay.
