A potential lender client is looking for guidance on the application of the attached RCW.  Text of what the potential client is looking for assistance on is as follows (in quotes): "We're looking for someone who understands the attached section of the Revised Code of Washington. The borrower has used this code in the past to convert hospitality to multifamily in Tacoma, Fife, and one other city. I'd like to understand the process as well as they do. If there are nuances to the process between Tacoma and Olympia, I'd like to know that as well."

All referrals of either attorneys or other service providers with experience with the attached statute and the guidance being sought by the potential client are welcome.  Thanks in advance.
